This was my first attempt to make a raw fermented macadamia nut cheese.
I intended it to be eaten as a dessert and it turned out be delicious! I took some of it to work and shared with my friends and it was a hit.
The peaches were fresh and I also used maple syrup to add sweetness to this dish.
I know it’s high in fats, carbs, but it beats the desserts sold in a main stream markets that are loaded with artificial flavors, colors and preservatives that harm our health. Ah! I almost forgot to mention the magic words “No Cholesterol!”
