Today I was craving a guava shake and so I decided to make one for myself.
I found guava pulp at Von’s grocery stores.
In Brasil we call Smoothies “Vitaminas.”
1 – 1/2 cup of cashew nuts or a milk of your choice
3 – 1/2 cup of filtered water
2 pre soaked dates
Stevia to add sweetness
3 capsules of probiotic (helps digestion)
Make the cashew nut milk first.
Blend the cashews with the water until liquified. Pour into a cheese cloth bag to separate the liquid.
The milk should be smooth and silky.
Pour the cashew nut milk in the blender and add the rest of the ingredients.
