Raw Macaroni and Cheese

Macaroni and cheese has to be the most delicious comfort foods in the planet.
This is a guilt free version of it.

1 bag of sea noodles (tasteless, it doesn’t smell fishy.)
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast (packed with vitamin B complex.)
1/2 teaspoon organic yellow mustard
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon smoke paprika
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
1 tablespoon lethicin
1 cup of macadamia nuts soaked for 1 hour
1/2 cup filtered water

Soak the sea noodles in cold water with juice of one lemon.
With scissors, cut the noodles so that they won’t be too long.
Let it rest in this liquid for about 15 minutes until the noodles soften up.
Drain the macadamia nuts and pour them into a powerful blender, like a Vitamix.
Add the rest of the ingredients and blend them until you achieve a smooth consistency.

Blend the creamy paste with the noodles making sure they are well coated.

If you have  a dehydrator, set it at 115 degrees for 15 minutes until warm.

If you use the oven, set at the slowest temperature and crack the oven door open, slightly, and warm the dish for 20 minutes.
