Guilt and gluten free spaghetti.

Don’t we all love spaghetti but feel guilt eating it afterwards?

Well, I’ve got the solution for you!

For those who are intolerant to gluten and have issues with weight gain, such as myself, can adopted this  zucchini version as a part of your menu again, guilty free.

Zucchinis have a mild taste and it will absorb any sauce that you choose.

First,  it’s important to have the right tools for the zucchini to take a shape of spaghetti.

My favorite is the Veggetti vegetable slicer. You can find it at Target and at  Bed Bath and Beyond. It’s very easy to use.

Once you’ve achieved the spaghetti shape, steam it for 5 minutes and remove it from the heat right way. You don’t want it to be too soft but rather have an al dente consistency.

Add your favorite sauce and voila!
